These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Amino Connection Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Eligibility
Participation in the Amino Connection Affiliate Program is subject to approval by Amino Connection. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion and may revoke participation if an affiliate violates these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. How the Program Works
Approved affiliates may receive a unique referral link, code, or other tracking method that can be used to refer customers to Amino Connection.
Eligible purchases attributed to an affiliate earn a commission of 20% of the product total. The same rate applies to every affiliate; there are no tiers.
Commission is calculated on the price of the products ordered, excluding shipping charges and taxes.
A referral is attributed to the affiliate whose link the customer most recently used, for 30 days from that visit.
Amino Connection may modify the commission rate, eligible products, or other Program terms. Any changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated or posted through the Program as appropriate.
3. Qualifying Purchases
Commissions are earned only on eligible, completed purchases that are properly attributed to the affiliate through the Program’s tracking system.
Commissions may not be earned on:
- Cancelled or refunded orders
- Chargebacks or fraudulent transactions
- Orders that violate these Terms
- Purchases that cannot reasonably be attributed to the affiliate
- An affiliate’s own purchases, unless specifically permitted by Amino Connection
- Transactions generated through manipulation, misleading advertising, or other prohibited practices
If a commission has already been credited for an order that is later refunded, cancelled, disputed, or determined to be ineligible, Amino Connection may deduct the corresponding commission from future earnings or the affiliate’s balance.
4. Commission Payments
Affiliates receive a statement at the start of each month covering the previous month’s referred orders. A commission becomes payable once the order it relates to is complete; approved commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule and payment method established by Amino Connection.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information when requested. Amino Connection may withhold payment until required information has been received.
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes associated with payments received through the Program.
5. Research Use Only Products
This section is especially important.
Amino Connection products are sold for research use only and are not for human or veterinary use and are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications.
Affiliates must represent Amino Connection products consistently with this positioning.
Affiliates may not promote, describe, recommend, or imply that Amino Connection products are intended to:
- Diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition
- Produce weight loss, muscle growth, anti-aging, sexual, cognitive, cosmetic, or other health outcomes in humans
- Be injected, ingested, administered, dosed, or otherwise used by humans or animals
- Replace or supplement medical treatment
- Provide any specific therapeutic or physiological benefit to a person
Affiliates may not provide dosing instructions, administration instructions, protocols, treatment recommendations, or other guidance regarding human or veterinary use.
Content that violates these requirements may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions associated with prohibited activity.
6. Advertising and Promotional Standards
Affiliates must market Amino Connection accurately and responsibly.
You may not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsupported statements about Amino Connection or its products.
This includes claims concerning product purity, testing, manufacturing location, sourcing, certifications, laboratory results, quality, or other product characteristics unless those claims are expressly supported by information provided or approved by Amino Connection.
Affiliates may not alter Amino Connection product information in a way that creates a misleading impression.
7. Affiliate Disclosures
Affiliates are responsible for clearly disclosing their relationship with Amino Connection whenever required by applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws.
Affiliate disclosures should be clear, easy to notice, and placed where consumers are likely to see them.
For example, affiliates may use language such as:
“I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their disclosures comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform requirements.
8. Approved Use of the Amino Connection Brand
Participation in the Program gives you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use Amino Connection-approved names, logos, product images, links, and promotional materials solely for participation in the Program.
You may not:
- Alter Amino Connection logos or branding in a misleading manner
- Impersonate Amino Connection or represent yourself as an employee or official representative
- Create websites, social accounts, domain names, or usernames that could reasonably be mistaken for an official Amino Connection property
- Use Amino Connection intellectual property for purposes unrelated to the Program
All Amino Connection trademarks, branding, content, images, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Paid Advertising and Search Marketing
Unless Amino Connection provides written authorization, affiliates may not bid on Amino Connection trademarks, brand names, product names, or confusingly similar terms in paid search advertising.
Affiliates may not create advertisements that impersonate an official Amino Connection advertisement or direct users through deceptive links, redirects, or representations.
10. Spam and Unsolicited Marketing
Affiliates may not promote Amino Connection through spam, unsolicited bulk messages, deceptive messaging, or marketing practices that violate applicable email, SMS, telemarketing, privacy, or advertising laws.
Affiliates are responsible for obtaining any legally required consent before sending promotional communications.
11. Coupons and Promotional Codes
Affiliates may only advertise promotional codes, discounts, or offers that have been provided or approved by Amino Connection.
Affiliates may not create unauthorized coupons, misrepresent expired promotions, or advertise a discount that does not actually exist.
12. Prohibited Activity
Amino Connection may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for activity including fraud, artificial traffic, cookie manipulation, self-referral abuse, misleading claims, unauthorized discounts, prohibited product claims, impersonation, intellectual-property misuse, or any attempt to improperly generate commissions.
We may also terminate participation when an affiliate’s marketing practices create legal, regulatory, reputational, or customer-experience concerns for Amino Connection.
13. Monitoring and Enforcement
Amino Connection may review publicly available affiliate content to help ensure compliance with these Terms.
If we identify content that violates the Program requirements, we may request that it be corrected or removed. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
14. Termination
Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time.
Upon termination, the affiliate must stop representing themselves as an Amino Connection affiliate and discontinue use of Program-specific promotional materials where requested.
Valid commissions earned before termination may remain payable, subject to these Terms. Commissions associated with fraud, prohibited marketing, policy violations, refunded transactions, or other ineligible activity may be withheld or cancelled.
15. Independent Relationship
Participation in the Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency, or similar relationship between the affiliate and Amino Connection.
Affiliates operate independently and are responsible for their own business activities, expenses, taxes, marketing practices, and legal compliance.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amino Connection will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from participation in the Program.
Amino Connection does not guarantee any particular amount of traffic, sales, commissions, revenue, or earnings through participation in the Program.
17. Changes to These Terms
Amino Connection may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued participation in the Program after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
