At Amino Connection, we take product quality, handling, and order accuracy seriously. Because our products are intended for research use and are subject to specific quality-control and handling requirements, all sales are final and we do not accept product returns or exchanges.
However, if there is a problem with your order when it arrives, please contact us so we can review the issue.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or is missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
To help us review your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging, when applicable
- Photos of the shipping label, particularly for damaged or incorrect shipments
Please retain the product and all original packaging until our team has completed its review. Do not discard a damaged or incorrect item unless instructed to do so by Amino Connection.
Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we may, at our discretion and as appropriate to the circumstances, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected item.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our research products and our quality-control requirements, we cannot accept products back into inventory once they have been shipped.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including:
- Changing your mind after an order has shipped
- Ordering the incorrect product or quantity
- No longer needing the product
- Improper storage or handling after delivery
- Products that have been opened, used, altered, reconstituted, or otherwise handled after delivery

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@aminoconnection.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests received before an order has entered processing or shipped. Once an order has been processed for shipment, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.
Shipping and Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Amino Connection is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If tracking indicates that a package has been lost or damaged while in transit, please contact us so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.
If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate the package, please first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, or other locations where the carrier may have left the shipment. You may also need to contact the shipping carrier directly.
Contact us if the package still cannot be located and we will review the available shipping information with you.
Refunds
When Amino Connection approves a refund, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times vary by bank, card issuer, and payment provider. After a refund has been submitted, the amount may take several business days to appear on your account.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by Amino Connection or otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and following any storage and handling information provided with a product or on our Website.
Amino Connection is not responsible for product degradation, damage, contamination, or other issues resulting from improper storage, handling, reconstitution, transportation, or use after delivery.
All Amino Connection products are sold strictly for lawful laboratory and research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary use.
