Not sure which one you need?
Most customers just need a private account, which is created at checkout — no application. Wholesale is for businesses buying at volume and requires approval. The affiliate program is separate: it is for partners who refer others rather than buy.
What each application asks for
- Private account: no application. Create your account at checkout and complete your order
- Wholesale account: an application, one credential — NPI number, medical license, or business license (no EINs) — and a signed agreement
- Affiliate program: an application covering your audience and how you plan to promote Amino Connection. No credential or purchase required
